Dr. Egon A. Ozer, MD PhD is an Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Division of Infectious Diseases at Northwestern Feinberg School of Medicine. His research interests encompass microbial whole genome sequence analysis and comparative genomics to explore pathogenesis, antimicrobial resistance, and molecular epidemiology in bacteria, viruses, and fungi that cause human infections.
